If elected to be your Curry County Commissioner, I resolve to:

 

• Work with my BOC colleagues and Curry County Staff to balance county expenditures with our tax revenue.

• Implement structure and policy to each County department to ensure proper job responsibilities and performance.

​​

• Improve the synergy and culture within the County and Cities’ governances.

​​

• Build and execute a stronger economic development business plan to promote business growth and investment in Curry County, bringing more revenue and diversifying our industries.

​​

• Support our Sheriff and his Department’s endeavors to ensure priority County focus on disorder and lawlessness issues.

​

• Support and enhance our County's Veteran's services. 

​​

• Mitigate our workforce housing issues with the infusion of private and public resources.

​​

• Foster resource management and preservation of our timber and fishing industries.

​​

• Join Oregon County Leadership to address the State-wide harm of Measure 110.

​

• Educate our County citizens about Senate Bill 80 with its measures designed to disadvantage rural households regarding wildfires.

​​

• Build coastal coalition to block the federal government’s current plan for offshore wind electric turbines.

​​

• Advocate for and support our State Legislators and other state-wide County Commissioners to put an end to human trafficking in the State of Oregon.

​​

• Advocate for and support our State Legislators and other state-wide County Commissioners in the fight for election voting integrity in the State of Oregon.

​​

• Advocate for a five (5) County Commissioner Board.
